By using Zonda ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
1. Service description
Zonda is an application that generates news summaries in audio format from articles published by media outlets. Content is automatically generated using artificial intelligence.
2. User account
- To use full features, you need to create an account via Google or Apple.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You can delete your account at any time.
3. Plans and subscriptions
- The App offers a free plan with basic functionality.
- Paid plans (Pro and Premium) are managed through Apple In-App Purchases.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them.
- You can cancel at any time from your Apple account settings.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Attempt to access systems or data without authorization.
- Redistribute or resell generated content for commercial purposes.
- Use bots or automated scripts to access the service.
5. Content
- Summaries are AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies.
- Original content belongs to the cited media outlets.
- Zonda is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party content.
- We always cite the original source of each news item.
6. Intellectual property
The Zonda brand, application design, and summary generation technology are property of Zonda. Original articles belong to their respective media outlets.
7. Limitation of liability
Zonda is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absolute accuracy of content. We are not responsible for decisions made based on information provided by the App.
8. Modifications
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.
9. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of the City of Buenos Aires.
