Zonda ("the App") is a news summary audio application. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

1. Information we collect

• Authentication data: name, email, and profile picture through Google OAuth or Apple Sign In.
• Preferences: selected media outlets, topics of interest, summary settings (length, tone, style, detail level).
• Usage data: summaries generated, listening history, in-app interactions.
• Technical data: device type, app version, error logs.
• Push token: identifier for sending push notifications if you enable them.

2. How we use your information

• Generate personalized news summaries based on your preferences.
• Maintain your active session and sync data across devices.
• Improve service quality and fix errors.
• Send you notifications about new summaries (only if you opted in).

3. Third-party services

We use third-party services for authentication, data hosting, usage analytics, error monitoring, subscription management, and push notifications. These services may process data according to their own privacy policies.

4. Storage and retention

• Your account data is stored as long as your account is active.
• News articles are cached temporarily (48 hours).
• Analytics data is retained in aggregate and anonymized form.

5. Data deletion

You can request the deletion of your account and data by sending an email to zonda.ai.dev@gmail.com. We will process your request within 30 business days.

6. Your rights

In accordance with Argentine Law 25,326 and the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data.
• Rectify incorrect data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to data processing.

7. Push notifications

Notifications are optional. You can disable them at any time from your device settings.
